Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Roger lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Roger was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bounty Hunter. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
