Description: He is in excellent shape and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears a colorful flower in his silver hair. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Justin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Banker soon after.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has worked as a Ruler like his father before him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt, and is pretty ugly. He wears his auburn hair up. He has green eyes.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Hubert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and wishes to resurrect an old love
