History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bookbinder and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his son

Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mason but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Simon was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gifted student he started as a Stylist, but he got bored and became a Mason. He tends to his Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Geoffrey's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
