He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Bernard was born with his mother's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
