Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Justin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Justin was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bellfounder. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
