History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. History: He was born in the south. Hugh was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
