Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears baggy grey pantaloons and a tan scarf. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a Roofer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Justin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. History: Conrad was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
