History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Through the years after Ernest was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ernest's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ernest and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a brown shirt with thin green vertical stripes and white pants. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a merchant again

Personality: He is a Spice Merchant first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Gilbert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
