Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Roland's homeland. Roland decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lance isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Miller job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Ruler again.

History: Manfred was born with his mother's beautiful face. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
