Personality: Frederick is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Frederick lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
