Description: This tall, slender man tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is baby faced.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Percival hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: He wears baggy green pantaloons and a black scarf, and carries monstrous two handed axes. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
