History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his mother before him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to end his boredom
