Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Simon is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gerard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Diggory was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: Bertram is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
