Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His golden hair is thinning but still full. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.
