History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spy. He struck the Spy job and began his own company from there.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To pay off his debts.
