Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Banker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born in the east to a Shipwright, Conrad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shipwright for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Arnold and his spouse have recently divorced.
