He has taken up work as a Mayor and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Anthony was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Herbalist. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to end his boredom
