Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
