History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Sellsword, but he got bored and became a Body Guard. After a long history of fighting, Theobald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Kody was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kody's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
