History: Justin was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants revenge against brigands

History: Manfred was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and balancing his hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he has a crush on the local tanner
