History: Born to a Sage, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Aldous alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
