Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sailor who has hired him part-time. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His first spouse was a Server, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
