His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in the south to a Stableman, Richard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
