History: He was born in a small mountains village. Charles liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He now owns his own business.
