History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Bernard was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: John was born with his father's beautiful face. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He tends to his Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. During his travels, Alex and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Alex discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Alex fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
