History: Frederick was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sailor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
