History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: Born to a Junk Dealer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
