History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Mortician, but he got bored and became a Courier. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second son.
