History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Lance was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is a Sailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born in the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
