Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Dean was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Junk Dealer. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Fisher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born into a rich family. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
