History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gilbert was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Hunter was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
