History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. During his travels, Aldous and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Aldous discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Aldous fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
