Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a tan shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Trym is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a mace and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Revenge; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a black Stetson hat and black clothes. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a red costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and human compassion

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a yellow tunic with tan highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theobald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has no hair. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
