History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adam grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). During his travels, Adam and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Adam discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Adam fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the east to a Miner, Rolf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
