Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A freak accident while working with his Sage mother left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
