Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shield, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Fletcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wants to work out more often

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This late middle aged man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body and is in decent physical shape. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are violet.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: John lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sellsword they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Spice Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Weaver, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Courier.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
