History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants his loneliness to end

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but he was a colossal failure. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and doesn't want to be a junk dealer and was forced into it by his family

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
