History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

His father taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
