Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a brown coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head. He has moderate length white hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears skinny pants and wears a brown and black robe with the hood down. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Don was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He carries with him a set of greataxes, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his top violet hat.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: To be a Barkeep again; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult.
