He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His first spouse was a Mortician, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Herbalist born in the past three hundred years. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Hugh was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Herbalist. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Herbalist.
