Description: He wears violet painted combat armor at almost all times. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Hugh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hugh's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

This search led him directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Bricklayer like his mother before him.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a green shirt with thin black vertical stripes and blue pants. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 53. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
