History: He was born at the edge of vast island. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. History: Everard was born with his mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and balancing his hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult
