Description: This light-skinned male wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His head has been shaved. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Scribe, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.
