History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Sage and found it very stressful. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

History: Randal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bowyer. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bowyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to be a baker again

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When Miles reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
