Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Simon has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
