Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Everard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Revenge.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Don was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Don took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his rapier. His hair is brown and curly. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: 5'9" and muscular, this northern man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Born to a Stylist, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Thomas began to lead the lost caravan. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Baker who has hired him part-time. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Trym is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Locksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has a crush on the local locksmith
