He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his morningstar. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gifted student he started as a Servant, but he got bored and became a Cook. He has achieved small success as a Cook.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult.
