History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
