Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears bulky brown painted plate armor. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears dull black sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed greatsword, just in case. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is lean but muscular and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His blonde hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Spy. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Spy. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and balancing his hectic life and new spy responsibilities is difficult
