Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a blue feathered hat and blue clothes. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Ralf was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ralf liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: This late middle aged man typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Drogo grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Priest work with an outfit from a few towns over. Priest work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Priest job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Priest responsibilities is difficult; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his father's many stories. Dean abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.
